Mr. Tumnus is a faun who lives in the magical land of Narnia. He loves to click his hooves as he skips and dances around the mystical forest. Tumnus's father (real name unknown) was a Faun male who lived in Narnia during (and possibly before) the reign of Jadis the White Witch. He was also the father of Mr. Tumnus, the Faun who was a good friend and adviser to Lucy Pevensie and her siblings during the Golden Age of Narnia. They met Mr. Beaver just after leaving Tumnus's ransacked cave. Later in the story, when the winter has come to an end and Aslan is preparing an army to take on the White Witch, Lucy and Susan find Tumnus as a statue in the Witch's castle, and he is restored by Aslan. He follows the other Narnians to the battle as the Witch is defeated and killed.

Mr tumnus

Tumnus - affectionately known as "Mr. Tumnus" and later as "Master Tumnus" - was a male Faun, a former servant of the White Witch, and later, a high official in Narnia during the Golden Age. He was the first Narnian encountered by Lucy Pevensie when she came through the wardrobe, and the two struck up an immediate friendship.

Mr. Tumnus is a Faun—a creature that is human from the waist up and a goat from the waist down. We want to make one thing perfectly clear: as a faun, Mr. Tumnus is a peaceful woodland dweller, not a crazed sex maniac like a satyr (the other mythological human/goat cross). Every time I piled something onto toast I thought of Lucy and Mr. Tumnus’s tea in The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe. “And really it was a wonderful tea. There was a nice brown egg, lightly boiled, for each of them, and then sardines on toast, and then buttered toast, and then toast with honey, and then a sugar-topped cake.” ―Mr. Tumnus (Chapter two) [src] Tumnus's father (real name unknown) was a Faun male who lived in Narnia during (and possibly before) the reign of Jadis the White Witch. Tumnus is a faun in the Narnia books written by C.S. Lewis, primarily in The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe but also briefly in The Horse and His Boy and in The Last Battle. He is the first creature Lucy Pevensie meets in Narnia and becomes her fast friend.

He was also the father of Mr. Tumnus, the Faun who was a good friend and adviser to Lucy Pevensie and her siblings during the Golden Age of Narnia.. Not much is known about him, other than a picture of his was hung over Tumnus's mantelpiece in his home Lucy Pevensie's character and Mr. Tumnus' character (played by James McAvoy), and their subtle interactions, give the impression of a pedophile trying to lure a little girl into his house. The whole scene is creepy and the spirit of pedophilia is definitely at work in this movie. Mr. Tumnus is yet another word for the Perenium (bonch, gooch, taint, grundle, chode, etc). The use of this narnia name came from scroTUM, and aNUS, hence referring to your chode as Mr. Tumnus. Giving that special area of your body a name just makes it a little more personal.
